IF Obysmal wants to, he can, from NSA files:

- recreate actual classified information, then claim to have found it on the server. Even though the info was properly and permanently destroyed by Hit, she can't deny their existence.

- create edited versions of "classified" information, which will authenticate to Hit's server, even though it never existed there. Hit can rightfully deny that she possessed this information, but any expert will authenticate it.

SO, if Obysmal wants to, he can toast Hit. Remember, the Dem/Socialistas are fighting over control of their party, just like the Rinos are tryin to hold onto theirs. With Hit out, Obysmal can control the D party.

Hitlery has proven to be one thing her entire career and that is extraordinarily vengeful.

Hussein literally stole the D nomination away from her in 2008. He did not appoint her to the SCOTUS. He fired her from being Secretary of State and replaced her with John Kerry (could you get more insulted?). Now, his DOJ/FBI is investigating her and seizing information. She's done politically.

Yep, and never forget the more than 1,000 FBI files that Hillary and Billary stole when Billary was President. There is no telling what damaging information they have on not only most D.C. politicians, but bureaucrats there also.

Server has been erased/tampered with eleventy-billion different ways and has had strong earth magnets thrown at it for the past month.

If the NSA doesn't have a backup of the server, they can just ask the Chinese or the Russians...or probably some fifteen year old kid in Michigan or somewhere like that for that matter.

I don't think it has anything to do with what is on or off the server. Rather more to do with the trust factor.

I am of the opinion that State Dept WAS involved with F&F. A US Attorney would be crazy to have a cross border operation without State Dept involvement. Keep in mind that the Messican response to this was rather muted. Hillary may throw some grenades at Holder just to create trouble for the admin. Holder DOES know where obambas skeletons are buried.

The Clintons are corrupt, but their pretty good at avoiding prosecution. I am positive that they destroyed the original hard drive after deleting the "personal" emails. There is no point in seizing her server.

Someone should get copies of all the emails sent between Clinton and her employees at the State Department. They could see if some of the deleted "personal" emails were actually work related.
