Pompous dipschidts like Yalie show up on the Campfire now and then. But instead of being run off by some censor, they run themselves off, due to good people watching out for other good people--like Mark, one of the most honest and selfless people on here.
I'll be watching Yalie's posts from now on--if he ever dares make one again--to make sure everybody knows what kind of human he really is. _________________________ John

Point of interest, my Irish Great-Grandpa was murdered, or so says family lore. Pushed off of a building under construction in Brooklyn by an Italian co-worker, that was the belief among his kin tho' there apparently weren't proof.
A few weeks ago, I got up in the middle of the night to stoke the wood stove...I didn't realize my equilibrium was messed up till the second time I did a nosedive, then I figured it best to finish up on my hands & knees...it stayed screwed up for a few days & I continued to try going about my business as usual... Marks dad likely had a similar event & possibly fell more than once...I do remember putting my hands out in front of me when I fell...I didn't mess them up but could have very easily, which would account for his dads hands being "messed up"...I did knock some schitt over while loading the stove & had I hit my head hard I could have easily ended up in the same condition as his dad...anybody finding me likely would have assumed there had been a struggle...
Sounds like attempted murder.
Broncos are officially the worst team in the nation this year.
The family is retaining Gerry Spence, so we're waiting for him to conduct an independent investigation and release a statement before passing judgement about any murder. Also keeping a close eye on Facebook and waiting for Jayco and Curdog to weigh in.

Just wondering? Is suspected foul play considered an "accident" for double indemnity purposes? It figures that a family with that kind of track record would hire an attorney for an "independent investigation"....never let a good tragedy go to waste...

Several of us were half wrong on that thread. In hindsight it was a case of scum vs. scum.
Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. --Winston Churchill
Lots of dipshitts showed their azzes in that thread, some of them to the point I'd be ashamed to show my face around here ever again.
Mark had a bunch of folks duped for a while. Hell, I've met the guy a couple times. He was a bit of an odd doofus with an over developed sense of self, but was a nice enough guy.
Then the chit started unraveling...people he screwed over became common place, his constant injection of himself into any fugging thing he could fathom, the woe is me bullchit, and on and on....leading up to his business history being exposed.
Turns out the dude is a straight up dick weasel.
Oh well.
I'm just here for the entertainment.
god bless.

Could it be the body is still in a morgue for investigative purposes?
I guess you missed the post saying the family had hired an atty. to conduct a private investigation...I think they're gonna make a play for double indemnity...
I'll stand by Mark in a firefight to the death, with whatever faults he might have, and throw that lawyer straight into the fiery furnace, one piece at a time. I hate guys like that that feel like documentation of an event justifies acting like a complete dickwad. I'd like to see this crankbait exposed in the town he lives in for his petty little mindset. Who knows him or lives nearby that can make this buttzit pay? If he had a fraction of a brain he'd honor the check, buy the gun, show some charity to a wonderful man, and apologize for his incredibly misguided attack on Mark.

I'll go out on a limb and say GreatWaputi was being facetious.
