I had a 92 or 93 FourTrax years ago, currently have an 04 Rubicon that I bought brand new. There's close to 5k miles on that thing and have done nothing but change oil every year and replaced the battery a couple of times (and of course tires). I might have changed the plug once but I honestly don't remember if I did.

I had an 03 Gold Wing I bought used, had for several years and sold. I'll have another one someday.

Currently have a 14 Civic that I bought new. It has roughly 45K on it and I've got a front bearing or something making a little noise right now but other than that My Honda's have been rock solid.

I bought a 1985 Honda Accord 5 speed hatchback with 155,000 miles in 1995 for $500 from a friend. Sold it in 1998 with 210,00 for $500. I drove it three days a week from Hovland MN to Thunder bay Ontario, and down to Duluth every other weekend during that time. It was also my daily driver to work in Grand Portage. That car was great in the snow and cold. It started right up in -20f to -30f and ran perfectly the whole time I had it. It worked flawlessly through record cold temperatures down to -45f+ in Feb of 1996. It got 40mpg most days at hwy speeds. I could easily fit a good sized deer and hunting gear in the back. The only thing I ever did to it was to replace the tires. It was one of the most trouble free vehicles I have ever owned, on par with my 2002 Toyota Tundra.

Bought a 2500 Honda generator to build our cabin in 2000, and have used it to run our cabin off grid since.

I have two Honda lawn mowers, one for home and one for the cabin, as well as a 9.9 honda outboard. All have been great, trouble free machines.

Tom, if you see this I am looking for used older Pilot now to replace my wife's 2004 Suburban within the next year or two. If I may ask, what ballpark are you getting yours for?

I have great luck with Yamaha as well with my 2007 Grizzly 450 and 2.5 outboard.

Had a 1970 CB350, red and white like yours, and still consider it one of the best motorcycles I ever owned. Light weight, easy to ride, easy to stop, plenty of power once it hit 6,000 rpm (it redlined around 11,500 IIRC) and bulletproof reliable.

Ours is a 2009, has 60k miles, and the interior is nearly flawless. Picked it up for $15k. It's really comfy to ride in so far. I'll test it out on 4hr trip on Sunday.

I would buy a Ridgeline if they would give them a little more ground clearance.

They made it only for one year. Great bike.

Haha. That 'incident' did make me feel a bit bad for the 'treatment' and neglect she was subject to. In my defense however, I put her away late on a wet, nasty Sunday evening that fall.... after spending Friday evening, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday shuttling a salvage crew and Coasties back and forth to an old gold-seeking tug which had wrecked on a reef a few miles out in order to remove petro-fluids still on board. Wet from every direction was a preface to a cold front which hit on Sunday night and 'popsicled' the boat and motor, so we just dragged 'er up and put 'er away. You could walk out to that wreck (on the ice) before the following weekend.

It's been a great motor on an even better skiff. The guys at the Boatshop set me up with it, and rather than push one of their new ones on me when I went to see what might be a likely replacement some day, they suggested that my old carbed motor was perhaps as good as the newer model of that motor, and I might as well run it as long as it wasn't giving much trouble.

Yes, my bad. Thanks.

That would make a big difference. Ha!

I was going to say it was heavy but very strong. If it was a 100cc,nobody would have believed me.

I had a '72 like this one, in college. Great little bike. 42 mpg if I remember rightly.
