Finally got around to trying out the Rada on a few knives last night. Clark wasn't lying. 5 to 6 times each through the wheels and I had them shaving sharp.
My left arm is now bald Rooster, Did you have to use the left handed version to get those sharp enough to shave your left arm or vicey/versie?   I use one of these, probably similar to the Smith's? http://handysharp.com/However, after reading through this I may have to spend $$$$ on deflaves "gizmo" and MM's knife as I'm hooked and addicted to this kinda crap! Geno PS, wageslave likes sharp knives for his manscaping duties, to hell with his left arm hair.

I use a soft and a hard Arkansas stone. Then use a razor strop. Been using the same ones for 50 years on the same Buck knife. Never tried any of that new stuff.

I am too. Just got back from Sam's club where some southern chick did a demonstration for Hessler's Gourmet Series Plus stainless kitchen knives. Came home with the 19 piece set.
