A smoked Gouda Triscuit topped with a dab of spicy mustard and a slice of crispy fried spam is food of the gods. But maybe only on float trips and fly in hunts, not sure but I know I’ve eaten a lot of it on those kind of trips. Sub in cracked pepper, garlic, or dill Triscuits if no smoked Gouda is available. Good memories

Top them with (cooked) thick sliced maple smoked bacon and some aged white cheddar then baked until the cheddar melts.
Even Andy would say "mmm, good cracker" Topped with bacon and melted cheese and the box they came in would taste good!

The Triscuit Thin Crisps are better than the standard version.

I love Triscuits. A favorite is to topping them with a slice of room temp Manchego. You and your words... Talking to 10%? Manchego is 100% better at room temp! Dude, all cheese is better at room temperature !
