I do not at all subscribe to the OLC theory that a president can’t be indicted. I think that the Office of Legal Counsel and Department of Justice bends over backward to take the most executive branch-friendly position that it possibly can. I think a court taking a look at this would say “no, no, no, no, no,” and if you look at the Nixon precedents and others, they don’t align with a president not being answerable to the public in this way. You have a president, who the public knows is the subject of a criminal investigation, may very well be involved in criminal activity, and you don’t get a resolution of that question? You do know that collusion and conspiracy are two different things right? For one thing, conspiracy is a criminal matter and collusion isn’t.

1) Comey has said on more than one occasion that Donald J Trump is NOT the subject of any criminal investigation.

2) The Mueller investigation is NOT a criminal investigation, it is an intelligence operation.

Ok, let's just pretend for a moment that they weren't just lying their fool heads off about campaign collusion until it was just rammed up their lying asses by Mueller that indeed there WAS, and lots of it. It's a lot to ask, I know, I know, but let's pretend.

If we grant them that, then the inescapable conclusion is that the investigation is NOT a witch hunt, because it's now been revealed that unbeknownst to our noble, honest POTUS (PINO, actually, but remember we are in make-believe here), who would never ever EVER conspire with evil Russia to hork the election, HIS CAMPAIGN WAS DOING JUST THAT. Ergo, not a witch hunt at all. Rather, the Deep State is HELPING Mr. Trump root out this criminality in his campaign that he, in his patriotic fervor, didn't even know existed until this very moment!

He should, in that case, be publically thanking the Angry Democrats today. Is he?

I know you aren't interested in a discussion at all, but I'll toss this out in the off chance someone else is. If there was EVIDENCE of this collusion (and remember to launch a special counsel the law says in effect there has to be more than evidence) then why in the name of God would the dossier that was KNOWN to be an unverified political product be the primary driving "evidence" behind the FISA warrants used to investigate that alleged collusion?

You see, when an honest, unbiased, thinking person asks that question of themselves they see that things don't quite add up.

Better yet, discuss "Collusion" and find any Federal Statute that defines "Collusion" as a crime.
