Won a Stevens 200 on gunbroker for dirt cheap. I have no use for another 270 so the idea is to unscrew the barrel and put a new one on. What do you guys think? 22-250 8 twist or a wildcat of some sort? I called Savage about my Stevens 200. They confirmed my theory that the model was to use up old Savage 110 parts. Mine was made in ~2009. I have two stocks for it, a plastic stock for the heavy night vision and a heavy stock with a single shot follower.
