Oh that sounds like good sauerkraut. You don't waste that kraut on cheap chit hot dog wieners, find and grill some damn good sausages, bring them to Wife, she'll dump it all into a 4" deep black cast iron skillet, wear drooling rag around neck, drink plenty of beer before during and after!

Jimbo, who makes the best sauerkraut? My Wife, old family recipe from her Ohio Valley German great granny, it's fermenting on the bricks in the laundry room floor, 24 quarts of the stuff. Well damn buddy, gonna share the recipe?

Bought a jar of some Polish stuff at the Slav grocery. Opened it up and it smelled like a horse stable. Tasted the same. Pitched that schit. Thinking it didn’t survive the boat journey.

Dang right Jcubed, the internet is gospel according to Joe Fertilizer ; ] Crossfireopps and I had some differences (may he RIP). I pmd him and was at his door two hours later to chat about our differences. Turned out, we weren't that far apart...took him out for an interesting steak dinner that night as well. Gracie was a great pup and would "smile" on command. Guess I'm saying, grow up and lose the petty bs...it's an internet forum and real men still deal with issues as men. YMMV
