Some are salary positions .mostly for the higher life forms. Hourly Straight 40 1.5 from 41 to 60 X2 61 to 84 And you could overlap on shifts if ya wanted till the 8hr cutoff mark for downtime rule. Problem is at that double rate is your almost working for free it seems like cause so much of it puts ya into higher taxed schitt. Last edited by renegade50; 07/09/19.
