Draxxin Sam? Now you are talking money, not needed to keep cool. Dead cattle don't make much profit however.

We bought the big bottle one time. It came in a protective case and with a mortgage.

We were gifted a Yeti...glad I didn't buy it, considering the price tag. We are a little disappointed. Almost any cooler would work as well if you follow Yeti's instructions for pre chilling overnite. And it's so darn heavy, we usually take an old Igloo Marine. Similar ice retention ability, half the weight.

Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

A good cooler. When I was in the market I looked at these very hard but opted for the Ozark as it had the basket for keeping stuff suspended above the ice. I had contacted lifetime via email and they said they had no plans for a basket.

So if you don't need a basket they are the cooler I'd go for.

Yetis are great and do hold ice a long time, but today I got 6 Coleman stainless coolers at a garage sale for $10.00 each...

Yeti's rock! Note that everybody still compares their brand of cooler to a Yeti. Sure they are overpriced. Sure they now have the NRA get coolers at cost. They used to donate tons of them to the NRA. But who can't say that the owners of Yeti might have looked at WLP and figured why give him money. They do have a high markup at about 45% over cost. I have a Yeti 105 Deep Tundra and its a great cooler. The thing about Yeti's is that if they fail you call the company and go to a store that has one and they say purchase it with their credit card. I have seen two failures. One was a Tundra 65 that was run over by a front end loader. Yeti bought them a Tundra 75 because we didn't have a 65 in stock. The other failure was a roadie 20 that was on the front of a Jeep that was pulled behind a motorhome from Florida. The case was cracked by the time they got to Fairbanks. We didn't have any Yetis in stock so they told the couple to pick an Engel 65 and used their credit card to make sure they had a cooler.

The fundamental flaw with Yeti's is that the straps can get knocked loose in the back of a Pickup truck and you can lose ice. But they are legit if you follow Yeti directions.

The best testimonial for Yeti happened this summer. A group of USFW researchers were moving food in Yetis from Happy Valley to Kavik Camp and there was a technical glitch and the helicopter dropped the cargo net from 1000ft. The food was destroyed but the Yetis survived. That is a pretty good product.

I picked up 2 of these at the Lifetime store in Boise for $89 each. No complaints.
