I've seen the video, but I don't believe he's 100% correct. There's lots of information out there to indicate that you can get the disease by just being in close proximity to other people, and breathing the same air they exhale.
So what you say "if you get the disease now, it's your fault" isn't necessarily true. Lots of people work at jobs that require them to be up close to their co-workers or customers. Construction, restaurants, barber shops, health care.
Lots of people don't own cars and need to take either public transportation or a ride share like uber to get around.
It's just not that cut and dried. agreed

Hey Geno....hows your knee been? My replaced knee still aches on occasion. I had an appoint, year follow up, but cancelled because.....................The Corona. I still walk a mile plus every day, plus do scheidt around the 7 Acre RANCH every day, and I don't take any meds other than the supplements I've been taking for years for all the other arthritis in my body. The rest of me hurts somedays, enough to take "a pill" every once in awhile. Wish I could go in and get a shot in my back, but you know...........................The Corona. Geno PS sshhh, we don't say anything about the good knee.............it's 65 years old and doesn't have a zirc fitting to keep it lubed and the bushings moving well. No,no. Due process is a different thing. It's all wrapped up in, “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.” (If you read in context it's clear that "the state" means any of the several states.)
The rights embodied within the Bill of Rights are generally found to be within the privileges and immunities" stated in the 14th Amendment (on a case by case basis, can't think of an exception). Second Amendment for example Hence the Court held that state lav cannot be violative of the right to keep and bear arms.. Doesn't hold water. As to the Second Amendment, it IS a right enumerated and for all citizens by the Constitution, so using 2A as your argument is specious. It does state that States can deprive with due process. It also fails to define "privileges and immunities" "shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law". 14A has been interpreted to go far beyond the script, and I'm not complaining.

Here's a hint: Rad the 14th Amendment, salient part quoted in my post above (privileges and immunities clause). That is the vehicle by which states were incorporated into certain restrictions in the Bill of Rights.
The Due Process clause still doesn't bar States from denying the privileges and immunities by due process within the State. States can enact laws and decrees that deny the privileges, etc. and enforce the procedures by due process.
