The ply wood was concerning though. Plywood can be a breeding ground for germs when they get down in the cracks and crannies. At least that’s what my Jr High shop teacher told us when he warned against making fancy plywood cuttin boards for Mother’s Day gifts.

Most of the locals didn't give a chit and carried on business as usual. Schools, bars and restaurants were closed but pretty much every thing else was open.

He is driving down to Bozeman and stopped in Billings.
Said there was a BUNCH of people wearing masks.

LOL "Sort of quarantining" does not contain the virus any more than full quarantine does. What it does is reduce the spread to a rate medical facilities can handle. It also lowers "virus load" so when people get the virus they are not hammered by a huge dose. That allows normal immune systems to deal with the virus with little to no medical intervention. We got ridiculously lucky with the fact there is now a drug therapy x2 offering remarkable effect on Corona viruses. The only real argument is whether the lives saved were worth the shutdown and how soon should we open things back up. And in the current conditions the cost of staying shut down is too high. So the only real question is how to open things up. Hilarious!

Please expand on this. hydroxychloroquine with zinc phosphate has shown to be extremely effective against the virus. It is the malaria, lupus, and Rheumatoid arthritis drug they have been talking about. Azithromyacin (in some packaging/dosages it is known as a Z-Pack) is touted as an adjunct just to prevent pneumonia. It has nothing to do with Covid-19. Isrealis figured it out and let the US know ASAP. Trump went and announced it as a great hope and the schit flew. There have been many tests done and when used with zinc it made a huge difference. Tom Hanks and his wife both used it and it knocked the stuff out immediately. There have been studies done without the zinc which showed minimal efficacy. Those tests are the only tests being reported by the media. Medical staff have been using it for weeks prophylactically. It is the reason you see so few stories of doctors getting sick.If it was as contagious as claimed we would have seen a lot more sick docs.It is the true game changer in this whole thing and we are extremely lucky it has been put to use. The second drug is newer on the scene, remdesivir, and it appears to be helpful, but people I know involved in research say it is not nearly as fast nor as effective as the other. The media is happier to talk about the R. There was a Michigan State Senator Karen Whitsett censured for thanking Trump publicly for speaking out about hydroxychloroquine. She said it saved her life... lots more out there. There are some evil people out there.
