Best pot I've ever made folks. So delish in my quest for a great sauce that would stand up to something from NJ, Brooklyn, or Philly.Finally a sauce that sticks to my pasta as it should . Sorry about the messy pot but hey it's a darn work in progress.  The next day it was simply fabulous and hope to duplicate it in a much larger batch for the freezer. How is it differenter than tomato spaghetti sauce? Sunday gravy / Sunday sauce it's really in the name but for NJ, Philly traditionally it would be a medium body tom sauce with large chunks of sausage and braciole. It's the centerpiece / main dish.

Nice ol lady makes badass Sunday gravy Mine too. She lived in Sicily for some time but to be honest i can do without the bones. Seems like she puts a whole roast in it and lets it go for hours. Other than that its great.

I actually use pork ribs or porks chops bone-in, somehow the sweetness of the marrow in the bone just kisses it with an earthiness. But truly it looks amazing, even prompted me to make a batch today, it will make the girls smile and smiles make the day a little bit easier. Lynn

It's an ethnic,personal or regional thing. when it comes to meat selection. All good.
