1460 per year in my youth. My mother cut me off at 4 for breakfast plus whatever showed up in other foods and salads. When I got a job on the Gulf of Mexico either fishing or oil rigs probably a dozen a day and a pound of pan sausage. Don't eat much breakfast now so maybe 200 to 300 a year.

I am, usually can go an hour or so without eating, going toxic, and getting sketchy, taking care of the Gulag and such chores.

Borderline hypoglycemia will do that to a person.

In my earlier post I forgot about the wife's baking and such. So add a few dozen more to my yearly total. She's been on a curd making kick for awhile now, lemon is great, lime is better than OK, but the cherry curd she made a week or so back is wonderful. Had some on some vanilla ice cream yesterday afternoon. Yum!

Oh yeah, make me feel bad with the ‘th Beetus’ thing

I don't have the slightest idea, as eggs are also found in many of the other prepared foods I consume.

If they did, that’d be something making me eating before 3pm.

Last I was there, I think they had a strawberry Fanta lever on the old brown cola fountain station.

At 2ish pm a couple weeks ago, I was 90 glucose.

Nothing dangerous,

The old man was griping. Blah blah you’re on daily prednisone, and slug grape soda.

His sugar was about 200.
And he eats 2 eggs every day.

So there ya go.

that's pretty good.

One day at work, oh maybe 15 years ago, after breakfast, and a grapefruit at about 0900, I was feeling pretty low as it got toward lunchtime at 1130. One of the gals says lets test you with my strips and meter. I was at 70, even after eating all that.

Have to eat about every 2-3 hours normally. And that's a real bitch right now as I'm trying to lose some weight. Big salad almost every day for lunch with some cheese cut up in it for protein, some fruit, and I've lost almost 10 lbs since June 1.

Think I'll have eggs in the morning after all this talk. Saw some shrooms in the fridge, have to ask wife if they're for a recipe. Got some beet greens in the fridge, some bacon, some little hot peppers are actually red out in the greenhouse. I think I can whip something tasty up.

Time now for the nightly bowl of popcorn with EVOO and a little Kosher salt.

I had bacon and an egg at the hospital cafe when kid had tests run.

Scrambled and fluffy, just a little salt and black pepper.
Was pretty damn tasty.

Fluffy scrambled or runny yolk w whites done ( w toast ).
Can do eggs only those ways.

Had eggs maybe 3 times so far this yr.

Breakfast?
Pile o bacon and a Mountain Dew Quickstart.
Or hash browns.
Or sausage
Or pizza.... real pizza, not breakfast pizza.
Hell fried chicken is good for breakfast.
Any meat really.

Loved hot subs on way to deer hunting spot

Because 90%+ of doctors don't understand dietary fat consumption. As good as our medical system is, it's really alarming how poor the nutritional education they get can be.

I eat a half cup of a bran cereal with almond milk and a boiled egg for breakfast. I might eat a few more thru the week as a snack. So I would estimate around 400 a year. I used to eat two fried eggs every morning so my consumption is down.

Life can be rough on us dreamers.
