Am so blessed LOL. Told her (works 3rds) to just sleep and one of the kids could have come and picked me up.
Middle was on vacation (wedding out of town coming up) and shorty has her DL now. Hospital is 3.5 miles down the road.
Got my kids new fave anesthesiologist. Funny Chinese guy. Hes a hoot, and is top notch.
Being ER I didn't know what to expect..........ended up w the anesthesiologist and doctor I was hoping for.
And I was only one in ER, so got back fast (not fast enough as I felt like crap).........
and surgery moved up.
Pretty smooth gig really. If recovery goes as swimmingly this can get chalked up ad a goody. Doesn't offset the 3 yrs of hell another outpatient surgery caused way back.
But that one sucked so bad, makes this a cake walk.
Just watch the risk for hernia after that abdominal wall punch.
BIL builds ac units for American Std, appendix out, routine, no comps.
Work made him stay 4 weeks off, went back within a couple nights, he felt something pull loose. Get an incisional hernia. Had to get fix, made him burn 6 weeks of fmla.
Skinny dude too, aint like he had fat pushing against that scar.
Sound like what happened when I had gallbladder stones.
Sounds like what I went through on my gallbladder attack. Not a real bad surgery, as far as surgeries go.

I had the same kind of symptoms back in May....went to the ER and it was pancreatitis.....spent about 20 days in the ICU..... bout killed me....still haven’t recovered all the way, doc says it may be 6 months before things get back to normal. Glad you got it sorted out 👍
