Only place sore is left side, neat my hernia mesh.

Kidney, only have one, 1.5x............told the doc all about that crap before he went in.
I feel friggin great, cept my left side entry is sore.

Go slow, no big deal.
Coughing is a real bioatch.

Proly spin Mortiis "Perfectly Defect" on headphones, or Type O Negative "World coming down".
Those two albums and I should be back asleep.

Of course, the work gang heading out to pub in an hr..........I could show up and freak em out.
But will stay home.

Actually this little cot is damn comfy.
But my right side is touchy.

Blockage, kidney stone or appendix the top 3, with the latter most likely. Ive passed stones before

Just got CT done.

The ol lady bitched at me and said turn the TV off and go back to bed.
[bleep] Teresa.
With a few less wrinkles.

Am so blessed LOL.
Told her (works 3rds) to just sleep and one of the kids could have come and picked me up.

Middle was on vacation (wedding out of town coming up) and shorty has her DL now.
Hospital is 3.5 miles down the road.

Got my kids new fave anesthesiologist. Funny Chinese guy.
Hes a hoot, and is top notch.

Being ER I didn't know what to expect..........ended up w the anesthesiologist and doctor I was hoping for.

And I was only one in ER, so got back fast (not fast enough as I felt like crap).........

and surgery moved up.

Pretty smooth gig really. If recovery goes as swimmingly this can get chalked up ad a goody.
Doesn't offset the 3 yrs of hell another outpatient surgery caused way back.

But that one sucked so bad, makes this a cake walk.

Just watch the risk for hernia after that abdominal wall punch.

BIL builds ac units for American Std, appendix out, routine, no comps.

Work made him stay 4 weeks off, went back within a couple nights, he felt something pull loose. Get an incisional hernia. Had to get fix, made him burn 6 weeks of fmla.

Skinny dude too, aint like he had fat pushing against that scar.

Glad to hear the doc has you sorted, and on your way.

A friend had his appendix burst back in high school. Damn near didn't make it.

Have not had that sucker in 27 years.

I sneezed one night and it burst.

A few more hours or if i was a few years older i would have died.

The next day i got caught by the doc riding the elevator coming back from a smoke.

He figured if i moved that good i could go home.

Sounds like what I went through on my gallbladder attack. Not a real bad surgery, as far as surgeries go.

My job has me handling/ stacking 35 lb parts.
Usually 200 or so a night.
Plus keep the equip running ( troubleshoot and maint tasks ).

No can do now.

I suspect 2 weeks off min, maybe back in plant w 2 weeks desk work. Or....3 weeks off and maybe 3 weeks desk crap.

Something like that.

Anesthesia fully gone. I can feel some stuff waa done right side.

No big deal, just hassle/ incovenience.
Read dr sheet.....no driving at all, 2 weeks.

That proly kill me.
Not even supposed to ride around.
Proly due to seat belt/ braking risk to incision.

Hell i watched enough YT during covid.

Ol lady jumping my azz already....told me to go to bed.
Gonna be rough 2 weeks lol.

Oh well, shorty and i can sneak out once in a while.

Getting up is a biatch, but once up its decent cruising.
Get my old man gun ( lcp ) and walk around the hood tomorrow.

Find a pelosi fan for the epic post op.dumperoo on their driveway
