Thanksgiving weekend will be my first deer hunt this season. I have a rifled slug barrel for my Remington 870 that I have never shot anything with, other than targets, that I am going to take along with the 7mm-08. I've got the 12 ga. sighted in at 1.5 in. high @ 100 yards with Winchester 3" sabot slugs. That should do the job on most any Louisiana deer or hog. Wife is taking her personal favorite 257 Roberts also a classic. Just because you're offended doesn't mean your right.
