At a Belarusian friend’s last night. His MIL makes all the old country favourites. From the bottom: Homemade head cheese Veggies Smoked salmon Russian potato salad Shuba, an Eastern European favourite made with beets and herring Homemade Kohlbasa Pickled local wild mushrooms Egg salad Homemade sauerkraut More headcheese.
