I think it was Utah or Arizona. Has something to do with too many people trampling fragile habitat. That was a Fed, not state.

there is one trail dogs are allowed. It starts at the welcome center and runs parallel along the road to the maintenance building. Its a horrible trail.

All the state parks in Ohio and Kentucky allows dogs on the trails - not sure about TN.

I think the jerk hiker got what he deserved. The officer was very professional and easy to deal with. The officer did what he needed to do.
