Nice rifle, If i had to guess on the bases they look like Talley's. Go to their website and verify. You'll need their vertical split rings. I don't think you'll need their quick attach rings since you have no iron sights unless you want to sight in two scopes.
I've never used them but they are an eloquent scope mounting system. Lot's of custom rifles use them

1911a1 & Deereman... Collectively, thanks guys for the scope mount brand info. I'll have to 'ring' up Talley, determine the rings cost 'tally' & order! Bobby Hart built M-700, 7-08, Timney 501, Conquest 3-9x40 with elevation turret in Talley LW's. Hart barrel with Rem sporter contour. Hunters Edge, olive with black specs.
