Those were a staple for me in my bachelor days and I made them for my wife a few times, too.
I'd get them frying in a big pan, (in butter,, of course) and when about halfway done, add sliced onions and bread slices to the pan. When everything was done, the patties, onions and a slice of mild cheese would go on the grilled bread. Greasy and delicious.
4 out of 5 Great Lakes prefer Michigan.

To be fair, just about any processed meat with egg and cheese on a bagel makes a fine meal. I'll be on the lookout fore these. True but these have a flavor that is fairly unique. And you can grill them, fry them or just throw them on a cookie sheet. Might become a deer camp staple for some. Just ordered a case, should make some good campin food. Thanks for the nudge Clarke
