The title has the word "good" in it.
I've seen some of your recommendations, I didn't realize you were actually serious about it
And you’re a moron.
So your recommendation of “good” will be perceived accordingly.
Take your time. It’s gonna be a while before you get it.

I think it was discussed sometime back, but Tread is cool. Who hasn’t felt like armor plating a 100,000lb dozer and destroying a small town with it?

That’s a great documentary. It might still be on Netflix.

Taking Chance I got nothing to add except that no one here will have anything negative to say about it.
Thank you.

I didn't realize you would be so sensitive about your movie recommendations.
you calling someone a moron means about as much as an Chink woman giving driving lessons. Neither have any business trying.

Ok so I’m catching up on movies I ought to have seen a long time ago. As mentioned earlier, Patton was excellent. Lawrence of Arabia not so much; couldn’t finish it. Should I try again? Last night my son & I watched Fight Club & Fletch, both of which are excellent. Fight Club is another one I shoulda seen decades again but hadn’t gotten around to it. Awesome.

Going way back, Casablanca and The Maltese Falcon are very entertaining movies although I haven't checked to see if they're available on Netflix or Amazon.
Being that they're 80 years old some stuff in them is kind of dated but Bogie is in top form as Bogie and in and of themselves they're good stories well told, which is the heart of any good movie.
The Graduate, Carnal Knowledge, and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest are all great stories featuring top actors in their earlier years.
One reason to watch Carnal Knowledge:

Watched "The Hunt" on HBO last night. Mixed feelings about it but if you suspend reality a bit it's fairly enjoyable and has a good ending. It's supposed to be a satire and it hits both left and right with equal alacrity. Basically it's about a group of rich elites who kidnap and hunt deplorables for sport; they choose their victims from folks who make right wing comments on the internet or run right wing websites. Most of them are knocked off pretty early in the movie but one woman turns the tables on the elites. Lots of blood spatter, no bare breasts but the lead, Betty Gilpin, is easy on the eyes and has a nice rack. In the finale you have to believe that two women in their mid to late 30's can take bodily punishment that would incapacitate a Navy SEAL, but overall it's a good watch.

Hit & Run series coming out next Friday, Aug 6th, on Netflix. Israeli, from the creator of Fauda, Avi Issacharoff. Starring Israeli actor Lior Raz, who also starred in Fauda. Netflix description - "A widower becomes embroiled in a high-stakes, international conspiracy while seeking closure from his wife's inexplicable death."
Slaves get what they need. Free men get what they want.
Rehabilitation is way overrated.

Serena on Prime was pretty good and right up the 24hcf’s alley. Loggers, falconry, axe throwing, cougar hunting, murder.....
