2 times a day like clockwork. An hour after I get up and early afternoon. Get stove up a couple times a year and after 3 days I am ready to jump off a bridge. Shore feels good when she lets loose though. When we are camping my buddies all will say they are headed out to release some endorphins cause it makes you feel goooooddddd!!!!! My old uncle used to cook greasy breakfasts and he would always say "there in not enough O's in the word SMOOTH..............." haha
