The surgery required to change oil filter on my Yamaha 350 outboard exceeds any automobile that I've run across. What a bugger.

I know Fram is schit, but I give them credit for putting that black textured stuff on the oil filter so you can get a grip on with your hand
I have the oil filter wrench with the teeth. Doesn't work well on the acura where I have to go thru the wheel well to get to the filter.
have you paid your dues, can you moan the blues, can you bend them guitar strings

No K and N anything for me.
I was wondering if anyone knew they were junk. Back when I was in my 20's I had two different mechanics say the same thing about K&N Air Filters "They catch everything larger than a brick!". Whether K&N is actually bad or not, I've stayed away from anything they make since.
