Not winnies or patties, but many a night brown gravy, rice, and hamburger meat (maybe a bit of onion cooked in it) was dinner at our place growing up. Usually had some sort of canned or frozen veggie on the side too. Never knew it was Chinese food, just thought of it as po' folks food.

Chit, being married to an Asian wife, I get all kinds of, uhh, different food. Does make some kinda fried pork that is damn good; especially when liquired up a bit. Hell, at least she feeds me!

I was a spoiled brat as a kid. I got tortillas with my rice n' beans.
