Wouldn't it stand to reason that it would be no more difficult to set the slicer to set the top-to-bottom relationship at 50-50 than to set it at 85-15? No hot dogs for me Kielbassa & Kraut hell ya ! Over an open fire of course

Only place I eat hot dogs is Costco. Buck and a half for a 1/4 pound, all beef and a fountain drink

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

When I put a dog in bread I don't want a doughy glob, so I avoid most all packaged buns. I use a slice, or often a half slice of good whole wheat bread instead. (Aunt Millies's 100%)
A while back my wife began bringing home some thin dog buns evenly sliced that were kinda like an english muffin in texture. Not quite so chewy though. They were the best I ever had, but don't remember who made them, or the last time I saw them.

Auk1124: Don't forget to take the plastic wrapper off'n that petroleum based imitation "cheese"! The plastic wrapper from that petroleum based "cheese" is nearly as hard to digest as the petroleum based "cheese" is. Enjoy. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy Actually the Kraft singles are cheese and ok if you’re too lazy to slice one off the block

I like using lobster rolls from time to time. Lets you really load them up chicago style. Yeah, the flat side buns are great. Like to put a little butter on both sides and grill them. Buttery and crunchy on the sides and juicy in the middle. Good stuff.
