They have no peer, or equal on the dinner table IMO. Meat doesn't get any better than cast iron grilled axis backstrap in garlic butter and a generous amount of SPG...

Sam I've been a beef man for as long as I can remember. I'm not really a pork or chicken fan but I'll eat both from time to time. I love a good steak but a fresh piece of Axis backstrap on the grill is as good as it gets for me.

OBTW that tri tip looks incredible as well!
