Manwich Original or Bold. Best there is. No need to venture further. End of story.

With a Sesame seed bun, some shredded cheddar and some spicy mustard. Easy and good. Some Tater tots for a side.

The Bold has twice as much sugar as Original, but otherwise is the same sheit.

My mom has her own recipe that includes mushroom soup and diced dill pickles. Not bad but very unique. However, that's all I knew until I left home and tried Manwich. She brags on how much everyone loves her sloppy joe. I'm certainly not going to tell her any different.

Wife made that last night using a pound of venison burger. Excellent!
Picked up a good hint a few years ago to sprinkle in a teaspoon of corn starch to thicken it up. Add some good hot sauce and it is a great treat.

Dei Fratelli brand has a very good canned sauce. We use it at a lower amount per pound of burger than suggested.
