Bad news for the midget clown, alwaysatwat…

Your Period on Keto Might Undergo Some Changes

“Periods may become irregular or completely stop on the keto diet,” says Yawitz. “This is more due to rapid weight loss than the diet itself and happens because of drops in gonadotropin-releasing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estrogen, and progesterone.”

Long-term disruption of menstruation can bring on serious side effects, including low bone density. “This is because estrogen is very important to bone health,” says Yawitz. “Studies have also found that prolonged menstrual irregularity increases risk for cardiovascular disease, depression, anxiety, and sexual dysfunction. It’s important to contact your ob-gyn if your cycles become irregular or if you stop having periods.”

Hey you stupid fugking clam, thanks for proving me right and posting some charred meat in the cooking forum.

Alwaysatwat is just here to be a complete dick. Just like on every sub forum.

Nothing to add to the topic, nothing to discuss about the topic

He comes by it honestly; born a worthless piece of schidt and just can’t help it. Genetics

How’s John and the kids? LOL

alwaysoutdoors, Ricky posted this about you:

Maybe he was looking in the mirror and speaking about himself?

A pretty ignorant guy in his own right!

lol

Ricky can only add to the topic if the topic is Ricky. LMAO

Substitute the potatoes and carrots for Cabbage a/o Broccoli, maybe some mushrooms and Asparagus...?

And you could have stayed in Ketosis, with all the associate benefits.

A lot of it, for an otherwise healthy diet, is just a few intelligent choices.

Hey Ricky, this picture you posted below, is by far and without a doubt the gayest picture I have ever seen posted on a hunting forum, the weight training pictures come in as 2nd and 3rd place.

I also noticed that you color your hair, what next, a picture of you in your Pink Garter Belt?

Interesting way to out yourself, not that there is anything wrong with coming out of the closet my friend.

LMAO!

Picked up some keto tips on the thread so far. Definitely getting one of those meters. I stay pretty much keto most the time, take a few breaks just low carb, then occasionally totally leave the reservation.

You guys have any recommendations on keto booster supplements that have worked for you>? BHB Ketone supplement type mixes. THanks....

Had an interesting interaction the other day.

One of my students brought a problem to me.

He said that he had been in Ketosis for several weeks, and, had been, "absolutely crushing it," in the gym.

Except for that day.

Said he could barely make the mat warm-up, and failed at the pull-up bar, by almost half.

Warm-Up:

Mat:
5x20 Circuit:
- BW Squats/Push-ups/Sit-ups+Garhammer Crunch

Gym:
10x5 EMOM:
- BW Pull-ups

5x10 EMOM:
- Kettle Bell Vertical Rows (L/R)
- Kettle Bell Clean & Press (L/R)

He was stumped.

So Asked him what he had to eat the day before?

Said his regular breakfast: 4-egg bacon omelet and 3 oz. mozzarella cheese, and a half an Avocado.

... but got stuck out in the field in the afternoon, so just grabbed Four(4) lettuce-wrapped cheese burgers on the way home.

So asked what he had on them?

Said just Tomato and Onions, that was it.

Figured that was OK, so asked him what else?

He swore up-n-down nothin' else.

Huh...

So asked him about the "secret sauce?"

He said, "[bleep]!"

Turns out that those cheese burgers still had over 10 g. Carbs each, as dressed out, for a Net total of 40 g. alone, on top of breakfast.

Mystery solved.

Came out of keytosis early in the morning, to a nearly empty Sugar tank, and them proceeded to drain that with to beginning work-out.

Then the Starvation set in and his metabolism collapsed.

Happy Ending - he went right back into ketosis, and was right as the mail by the next day.

Details matter.

That’s actually a photo I sent to The Classic Metal Show as a thank you to Chris and Nealy for sending me the shirt. I sent them Black Olives Matter shirts in trade before they interviewed me for an hour, live on their show. I didn’t post it here, but my campfire fans, who are complete jealous nobodies like you, dug it up from the hundreds on the net

I’m not into making your homoerotic fantasies reality, so get the garter deal off your mind, pillow biter

Here’s one for your spank bank though…

“Rick is a true "gun guy." He also happens to be one of the most accomplished Sporting Clays and FITASC shooters in the world. Rick is a long-time Browning shooter with multiple sporting clays titles, nearly all won with Browning autoloading shotguns. A short list of his victories includes:

Multiple National and Regional FITASC Championships,
Nine-time New Mexico State Champion,
Two-time HOA Arizona State Champion and two-time HOA Colorado State Champion.
He is also an eight time NSCA All-American Team member.”

Darren’s spank bank go to video

The curve you choose - is entirely up to you.

But don't think for a moment that Keto does not provide fuel for rigorous and sustained work.
