Just that.....

What a profound... and useful statement.

For each of us...

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

I agree with your post, but only quoted the line above to remind everyone of a moment of honesty from Alan Greenspan, when being grilled about the viability of SS.

I will paraphrase.

"I can absolutely guarantee the continuation of the payments. What I cannot guarantee is the PURCHASING POWER of those payments".

In other words, we will continue to expand the currency supply by monetizing debt, thereby debasing the value of the currency. We will have lots of currency, but very little purchasing power with each unit of currency.

You know....I used to think that it should be legalized.

I have changed my thinking yet again.

The kids and young people today are coming up against a mental health apocalypse.

I believe we have seen some very negative impacts on these kids with the increased availability of pot.

Vape pens, pot and the isolation and loneliness of social media....it's gonna get way worse.

Increased availability ? You could buy it in the bathrooms and hallways every day when I was in school. It couldn't have been any more available.

Dang! I saw the crap just one time in high school. We were country kids. We chased the girls, worked on hot rods, caught catfish, and did some fighting. Didn’t have any time or interest on the junk.

Yeah but you guys live in crappy places.

You had to go looking for it...when it was available here.

Some of my pothead friends would complain of week long droughts before the city fathers could get some more in.

Now...pot shops on every corner.

If so tell me how and if not why not?
Four questions I just keep pondering...I'd like to hear your take.
Every generation gets worse. Hippie bullchit is what started all the degeneracy in this country and we have never recovered from it. This problem will be fixed in the near future. Hard times are coming, really hard. Will weed out the chitbags
Thats what grampa said about the roaring twenties, and the clappers. Took the world to hell and it never came back! Go figure.

They were just getting started cooking meth on the two reservations I am stuck between when I was a kid.

Some of the locals were flying in cocaine with their Bonanzas.

Supply and demand I guess.

I guess it's probably harder to be a functional pot head these days.
