Got a new to me 1941 Savage 99R in 300 Savage that's crying to be taken out. Just have to put a Leupold on and sight her in... the POS scope that came on it was done in by the UPS shippers. grin

As backup/second rifle.. dunno. Hoping a rifle that's been pending at a gunsmith for 2 years will be back in my hands by October and I can take that. Otherwise.. my dad's Marlin 336, or a 99T, or my lucky 99EG, or who knows.
