You and me both!!
This is the first day in a long time that my head and ears have not sounded like a swamp full of mating cicadas and crickets. Seriously, I often wondered if other folks next to me could hear it.
I'm taking very light doses of Atenolol for mild high blood pressure. Would love to go completely off of that. Maybe with each day/glass comes another improvement.
FWIW I prefer the all natural Lakewood cold pressed juice. Same one I posted above. It was a dollar more but well worth it. Going to stir in a spoonful of raw sourwood honey tomorrow. Another great natural remedy.
