Flyers with your rifles. Any problems? I haven't flown for years.
I haven't flown with guns for almost a year, but it was no problem then. My gripe is that they now charge $30-$35 for a bag. Your ammo can't be in the same case as your rifle, and it can't be in carry-on....so you WILL be paying for two checked bags, coming and going.
The last 3 flights I have been on with firearms were on United and Delta. They allowed ammo to be in the same case as the rifle. All in the last 4 months or so.
I think different airlines have different rules though
