I don't carry based on what I'm wearing, I carry based on what I'm preparing for.
If you're carrying a gun, you're preparing for the worst case possible scenario. If you're carrying a tiny gun with no reload you're assuming that in the worst case scenario everything will go as well as possible.
Or simply playing the odds.
Neither my previous post nor this one are meant to imply that I have or would never go there. I know there are situations that may require a person to go with a smaller gun than they'd like or they should. But it should follow some realistic thought. There is a world of room to work with between a t-shirt and a winter jacket. And shorts aren't even an issue.
