PatB, I have shot a lot of pigs with the 105 Scenar, and have no complaints, I will say i am not a big fan of trying to shoot heart and lungs on a pig, as the heart is covered by the fore leg and real low in the chest, and if you are back a couple a inch's you gut shoot them. I prefer head,neck, shoulder, if I have that shot, this is also true on Whitetails, I am not big fan of Blood trails and tracking, trying to track a poorly shot critter in the dark sucks. no matter what it is.
