This appears to be a serious issue with nasty consequences to unsuspecting shooters. I really hope Mosserg has sent out recall notices.
My father was severly injured a few years ago by a defective piece of farm machinery so I get a little riled up about this kind of crap. (And no, he didn't sue...).
