Ingwe, I share your passion but for my K1A in 6.5x55 Properly loaded 7x57s will do what 7/08 users have been doing and then some. Not a bad thing, and likely less flinchers than if using '06s and 7 Mags. If I ever built a nice 98, I'd seriously consider a 7x57.
