My 378 shoots smooth with very little kick. You get use to it. They are well built rifle with a good rubber pad. I've even shot it from the hip a few times and it didn't turn me right round.
There is a .378 on GB in Anchorage I was lusting after. It looked unfired, emailed the dealer and corresponded with him regarding the rifle. But $1600.00...little bit rich for me, but still lusting after it.
