Yeah they hold value pretty well. I'd hate to price out a new one. I don't even know if they know what Grade one american walnut is?? Do they still make rifles with wood stocks??
I had a tupperware stock on mine for a while but found it even heavier than the wood.

It is better to be judged by 12 than to be carried by 6.
