I liked what the native guy said - words to the effect that doing what Treadwell did was (in his culture's view) the ultimitate in "disrespect" to such a large noble predator.
He added words like "A human habituated bear - is a dead bear." I liked his outlook.

Now all I have to do is burn the VHS tape to disk - and edit out about a 100 minutes of commercials. Man! there were a lot of them!

I'll keep this new DVD to pull out if ever we have any "granolas" visiting. I love showing people REAL life wildlife stuff like the "Predator" series, or "Trials of life" - and in doing so they learn a bit, and they see that in real life - unlike Disney's shows - sometimes... the squirrel gets eaten. And, thats the way it's supposed to be...
