For some reason this reminded me of "The Man Who Would Be King"in that finally one of the bears figured out he was nothing special. I just hope someone else doesn't try it. I don't mind taking a few chances, but that was ridiculous. Somebody should have told him the old adage about nine out of ten bears will leave you alone, but you never know which bear is the tenth one. I think the adage is actually about black bears, odds may not be quite as good for brown bears. although can be pretty tolerant--but not predictable. Still, you gotta love those bears and those who huny them fais chase.
