Of all the places a quasi-libertarian would want to move that would be the last place I'd think. You can't fart in that place without getting arrested. It's very clean, there's no trash on the side of the roads because they'll beat you half to death if they catch you littering. The customs card they give you in your passport when you come in says in big letters at the top "The penalty for illegal drugs in Singapore is death". You definitely don't want to be trying to sneak any wacky backy into that place.
Plus, it's hotter than hell.
