My all around rifle. The first rifle I bought out of high school after doing all kinds of reading and trying to decide on the perfect caliber. Started as a Rem 700 classic in 280 Rem. Still a 280 Rem.
- Rem 700 Action CM - Mcmillan Classic Stock ADL in OD Green. 1/2" pad 13.5 LOP - Brux Barrel Rem Sporter countour 1-9 - Jewell Trigger - Bolt Fluted by Karl - Graphite Black cerakote by Karl - Talley Ex-lows - Leupold VX3 3.5-10x40mm with M1 elevation knob - 7lb 10oz as shown
Bob Green did all of the smithing other than the cerakote and bolt fluting. Shoots 140AB into 1/2 to 3/4 without trying and is the best pointing rifle I have owned.
