I see many of you making good arguments against the government's positions and actions, that are astounded be the stubborn and unreasoned responses from the apologists for those government's positions and actions.
What, the Federal Government doesn't have juristiction over federal lands?
What I see here is the BLM making a good-faith effort to enforce the law while trying to maximize the safety of those employed to round up the cows.
And lets face it, if you put it to the shareholders most of 'em would come down on the side of the tortoise, which is exactly why Bundy is in this fix in the first place, that plus his own actions.
