This won't happen. Even the most liberal of high flying law firms would take this case pro bono and Cliven would be out of jail the same day, and we would be back to square one. The feds cannot win this. The people will rise up whenever the feds flex their muscle. This incident will go down in the history books . . . "Sage Brush Rebellion II" is an apt moniker.
