Sorry Ron, but ketchup on steak only says your mom could not cook.
But since this is a confessional, I shoot a 270, and have put beans in chile.
But I don't call it chile, its chili beans, and it is what I serve to the knuckleheads that pay for it. Beans make a lot bigger pot for a lot less scratch than adding meat.
