Piece of cake Tex, get the proper sized flat faced brass punch, bevel a sharp 90* shoulder on the very leading edge, gently tap it into the sight opening her back up, will take a bit of doing but you can do it with patience.
Then run the proper threaded bottom hole tap in it to chase and clean the threads.
