The Miami debacle was software related but they couldn't own up to that so they made it a hardware issue by assertion. It worked and continues to this very day.
Anyhow, they've come full circle since the FBI is in the process of transitioning right back to the 9mm. But, we have magic bullets now so all is well.
Exactly....except 9mm ammo is supposedly more effective now
