I'm not sure of what parts the ecoboost in the F150 has in common with the one in the Police Interceptor but a neighboring police department is having major issues with theirs. Quite a bit of oil consumption, coil packs and turbo issues on their vehicles at less than 40K has lead to a lot of time in the shop for their cars. The naturally aspirated versions are not having these issues.
