My 99 with 5 spd has 175K. Replaced the fuel pump on the engine with an aftermarlet pump at the back, and injector pump. Added a fuel pressure gauge to monitor the system to make sure I don't lose fuel pressure again. It runs like brand new.
It eats front brakes, front ends parts, and is of course loud, but it's a fantastic truck overall.
